Attaching/Deleting attachment did not trigger re-approval in Supplier Profile

Description (Required):

When Users upload/delete attachment in supplier profile, it did not trigger re-approval/profile change request. IT is getting auto -approved.

Users are complaining it should not happen, when they add/delete any attachment it should go to approval and not get auto - approved.
