Navigate Activity Center to RUi pages

Summary:

We would like to go-live with Activity Centers first as we see a performance issue with most of the Redwood pages when navigating from the home page. When navigating from the Redwood Activity center to the underlying Redwood page the performance is improved. We would like the Activity Centers to navigate to the RUi pages in the interim as we do our phased roll-outs to Redwood. I have tried and not been successful is there a way to achieve this in both the places the quick actions and the applications? @Julian Challenger-Oracle would appreciate your guidance on this?
