EEO - Candidate Regulation Information in Reports

Before we migrated to XIR2, we had a candidate diversity report that reported on the number of candidates that were progressed to a specific step (e.g. short list, interview logistics, hire, etc.) in the hiring process based on their gender/race/ethnic information. For example, the report would illustrate for a specific facility / exemption status / etc...what are the number of African-American Males that were stepped through the Short List step? or 'what are the number of Asian females that were stepped through the Interview Logistics step?' In XIR2, the only way that we are finding that we can create this
