Clicking the Action button in the transaction console, no options pop up.

The PO meets all the approval criteria and should be automatically approved, but it's stuck in pending approval.When I click the Action button in the transaction console, no options pop up, so I can't withdraw, recover, or terminate.

Clicking the Action button in the transaction console, no options pop up.

So I can't withdraw, recover, or terminate.

Expected Behavior

Ability to withdraw, recover, or terminate a stuck process.

I can't withdraw this PO. I need to resubmit it for approval, but clicking the action button doesn't show any options
