Manual Task | Attachment downloading as mandatory task

Hi team,
the client needs to make mandatory the attachment download to the Employee to complete the task.
Actually it is not available a "Completion Criteria" for a Manual Task, so how is it possible to do that?


We need the employee downloads the file in order to complete the task.
Any suggestion or workaround?
