Can Additional Assignment Info Page be set to view only?

In our custom role (copied from the standard Human Resource Specialist role), the client requires removing the ability to update or add details on the Additional Assignment Info page. The user should only be able to view the details.

To achieve this, we have already:

  • Removed the duty role Manage Additional Assignment Info
  • Removed the related Data Security Policies tied to that duty role
  • Kept only the duty role View Additional Assignment Info
  • Regenerated the grants, run the LDAP processes, and tested the configuration

However, despite these changes, users are still able to edit the information.
