Cannot connect VBAFE for Reassign Buyer on Requisition Lines

Summary:

On trying to connect VBAFE to REST API for Reassigning Assigned Buyers on Requisition Lines, it is giving below error. I have made sure the credentials are valid (as it would have given invalid credentials error). Can anyone guide if I'm missing anything, or if the REST API call from VBAFE is not supported? Refer attached log.
