Invoices of some vendor are not processed through IDR

Summary:

Invoices are not coming into the oracle send by the some of the vendors to the corporate email; however, we have set a forward rule to send all the emails coming to corporate email to the IDR email. we have to manually forward these emails again to process these invoices into the system.

we are facing this issue with only some suppliers.

Can anyone please assist.
