Summary:

I have defined a new organization tree and the tree version remains stuck at Draft even after SubmissionAfter I click Done in order to move out of this window, I get the following error message

The Manage Organization Trees task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.
