Unable to view approvers's comments in AP read only role

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

Summary:

Hi all.

AP read only role has been created including the privilege "View Holds Resolution and Negotiation History".

We could complete history of the approvals except the comments. Comments window is blank.

Tried Doc ID 2493633.1 but it did not help.

Appreciate your response.
