Approval setup for Person Contact Relationship Disability

Summary:

We have requirement to trigger the Approval process when employee add/update Disability status of their Contacts/Dependents.

Current Approval rule -Change Personal Information doesn't have attributes for Person Contact Disability to setup the rule. The same screenshot has given below for your reference.
