Can't access the Seniority dates section in Resign from Employment page

When an employee send a resignation via Resign from Employment page, the Seniority dates section is not giving the Seniority dates, but instead this message is showing:

We already added the privilege View Seniority Dates-ORA_PER_VIEW_SENIORITY_DATES, but still this is not working.

Are there any needed privileges that we need to add for the Employee to view the Seniority dates in this page?
