How to measure "# offer declined" and "offer outstanding" without pulling in the detail due to row l

I am building a hiring pipeline report using the objects from measures folder -- without pulling in the candidates detail due to row limit.  I can't find a pre-defined object for # of offer declined or # of offer outstanding.  Can someone show me how to get that measure #?  Thanks.
