Is Oracle compatible with Outlook (new) version?

I have noticed a number of times within our instance, that Oracle Fusion does not accept email approvals or drag and drop attachments from Outlook's new version. I can give two examples, one is that if we have a user approve a transaction while using the Outlook (new) app then the approval will not go through. The second example was where a user was used to dragging and dropping attachments from her Outlook (new) app and it would not upload to a requisition. Is there any documentation available that I can reference to look at this? I am asking as
