approval rule that self auto approves workers with system person type “Not Managed by HR”.

I am trying to create an approval rule that self auto approves workers with system person type “Not Managed by HR”. Instead when I submit a termination for a worker with a Not managed by HR system person type, it goes through “Termination Rule” which has an out come of approval through management hierarchy and representative. My goal is for terminations with not managed by HR system person type to have a self auto approve out come. Can any one give me guidance on how to make this happen?
