Num Lock doesn't work when typing Percentages into rule definition

In terms of how important this is….i'll be honest and say it's very low priority. But does anyone else experience that when updating the "Percentage" on the home screen of a rule definition, that their Num Lock (numbers on right side of keyboard) don't work?
