Is it possible to enable to SSO login with CPQ without using CX Sales Module?

Hello Folks,
We have a requirement to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for the CPQ application in our production environment. Below is the context of our use case:

Use Case:

We are not using Oracle CX Sales in our CPQ environment. We have only an integration between Oracle CPQ (Quote) and Oracle Fusion Order Management to create sales order based on the CPQ Quote details.

So, now our customer requirement is that they want CPQ application link into the Sales Order page and that we can achieve the using the personalization. When users click on that link, they should be redirected to the CPQ application without being prompted to enter their credentials again so for that SSO must be enabled to allow seamless access.
