Organization in ProjectTasksImportTemplate

Regarding the Organization field in the task FBDI (ProjectTasksImportTemplate), the documentation states, "If you do not provide a value, the organization from the template is used."
Does the "organization from the template" refer to the organization set in the Project Template management?
