Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

does anyone know how MFA will work in test environments for testers / Sysadmin type users that may need to sign in as another user when testing ?

is there an override in test environments for this feature? or would the solution be to disable MFA in a test environment to allow these types of users to sign in as other users when testing fixes / changes to the system?
