Can't View Dashboards

Good Afternoon,

I created some dashboards and published them in folder I had already created within the reporting tool. I can view them, however when my customers go to view them they get an error message "Cannot find this document in the system or you are not authorized to view them." I checked their user permissions and they are fine. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong, am I publishing them to the wrong location? If you have any ideas can you please help me out
