Synchronizing Cost Center between Position and Employee in Core HR
Summary:
Hi everyone,
We are currently implementing Oracle HCM Core HR and evaluating the possibility to synchronize the Cost Center defined at Position level, so that it is automatically reflected at Employee level.
The goal is to ensure alignment between Position Costing and Employee assignments, without having to manually update the Cost Center during hiring or changes in assignment.
Has anyone implemented or validated such synchronization in Core HR?
If not, is there any standard configuration or recommended approach to achieve this?
Any insight or best practice would be much appreciated.
