Withholding Tax (WHT) doesn't calculate on AP when WHT rate code is not configured as default

Hi! Has anyone experience a similar problem with withholding tax (WHT)? We have set up multiple WHT tax rate codes with different rate % as per the country requirements. The WHT only calculates on the AP transactions when the WHT rate is set as a default one. WHT does not calculate when the WHT tax rate code is not a default one.
