Manage Cost Element Redwood not showing new inventory organization

Summary:

We have a scenario where I am creating a new inventory organization. I am attempting to use the new Cost Element Redwood Page to enter Profit in Inventory for this org and this org does not show up in the list of values. The same inventory org shows up in the non-redwood Manage Cost Element set up page.
