Using custom role to only add pending worker Employment Info> BU & Position & Departm LOV are blank

Summary:

Hello Team,

As titled i need to create custom role to only add pending workers, what i did as below:

1)Created a custom role with category = HCM-Job Role

2) Added privileges as below:

Add Worker Pending HirePER_ADD_WORKER_PENDING_HIRE_PRIV
Edit Pending WorkerPER_EDIT_PENDING_WORKER_PRIV
Hire Pending WorkerPER_HIRE_PENDING_WORKER_PRIV

Run Autoconvert Pending Workers ProcessPER_AUTO_CONVERT_PWKS_PRIV

3) Added roles as below:

Pending Worker Addition and Hire ORA_PER_PENDING_WORKER_HIRE_DUTY
Pending Worker Quick Hire ORA_PER_PENDING_WORKER_QUICK_HIRE_DUTY

4) when tried to assign sec profile via >Data Roles and Security Profiles find only Person section shown and select = View all people
