How to handle mass uploading for Manage Interorganization Parameters

Summary:

Hi Experts,

In our project, we have around 2,000 inventory organization.

Thus we have to upload around 4million records for Interorganization Parameters.

Using FSM, it'll be timeout by one hour which is able to upload around 20,000 records.

This means we have to do upload 200 times.

Does anyone have good way to mass upload?
