Passing Requisition Number/ID as a Parameter in ORC DFF Value Set

I need to create a DFF in ORC and associate a value set with it. Could someone please confirm if the Requisition number or requisition ID or Position details can be passed as a parameter in the value set to fetch the list of values dynamically?

The requirement is to fetch list of Competencies associated to the Position profile linked to the requisition. We are able to create SQL by passing requisition number but unable to do this in value set. Any input will be appreciated.
