Redwood - Document of Records DFF value issue-Requested Location 30 is not in the list of values.

I am encountering the error "Requested Location 30 is not in the list of values" for a DFF value on the DOR page, which is being retrieved from the Valueset.

The value set query is returning values and the location i am selecting does exist in the DB.
