Salary increment OTBI report is not accessible to the user but works fine in our instance.

We have created an OTBI report named ''salary increment change'' it is working fine in our instance but when the user try to fetch the data from this report in their instance it is showing error (No Result - The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters and/or selection steps that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your analysis filters and selection steps, and try again.
