Unable to edit the charge account manually after charge account is rederived from account rule

Charge account is derived using charge account rule for account combination. once entire charge account is derived , the charge account is rederived by segment overlay rules for company, department and natural account segment . after that user unable to edit manually .

Business want to update charge account manually after charge account is rederived from segment overlay rule. we have the condition

Requisition Charge Account"."All" Is not null"  on account combination charge account rule . attached the natural account segment rule created where the condition Requisition Charge Account"."Natural Account Segment" Is not null or Requisition Charge Account"."All" Is not null are not added
