When updating Preferences for the first time in redwood SSP page, we are getting POR-2011193 error

Summary:

Hi all,

We have enabled redwood page as default for Self-service procurement.

A new user account is created and provided all the necessary roles with appropriate data access - Procurement Preparer, Procurement Requester, and Procurement Agent.

When this user is logging into the instance for the first time, the user preferences in RSSP page is throwing POR-2011193 error. See below screenshot for more details. We tired looking up this error in Oracle Metalink library and found limited documentation around this issue. Please let me know what the issue is here and how this can be resolved.
