Performance and Potential box empty for meeting

Hello experts,

we scheduled one meeting for potential and performance and the box names appear in OTBI. However, we created another meeting with performance and a custom rating and in that case boxes are empty, while we expect to see the same dimensions of the above meeting.

Why for the second meeting nothing is visible?
