hsgetvalue doesn't work for some users

Hi All,

Some of the users have built a report with hsgetvalue for connection in smartview for EPBCS, when they try to refresh it gives #invalid_dimension message , the same report when another users of the same team refreshes, they get expected data.

Ad-hoc analysis works as expected, excepted hsgetvalue

SmartView version of the user : 25.200

We tried re-installing the smartview as well

Any suggestion , would be greatly appreciated.
