Can anyone tell me how to remove the locale identifier from my export results?

In several columns I am seeing the locale identifier  for example- [en]=SALES, GROUP

I want to eliminate the [en]= and only see the text.

I am sure it is a simple fix, thanks for helping out a newbie!
