Why is the dimension mapped in the cube, but not available to be used in forms?

Summary:

The intercompany (ICP) dimension has 13 members in total. In FS cube I can see all 13 members mapped in the cube. In BankRPT cube, even though I can see all 13 members mapped in the cube, I only see 2 members as available, and it hinders me from opening forms that include this dimension.

Please see below screenshot from BankRPT cube where I can only see 2 members as present, but in the cube I see all 13 members mapped.

Please let me know the reason why this happens, and how I can get it corrected in the BankRPT cube and get this dimension active.
