What happens to Content Items from 'Skills & Qualifications' Page with the 'Best Fit' Feature?

On the 'Skills & Qualifications' page in Oracle Cloud, the content items below here can be added to an employee's profile. Most of these items flow into the 'Best Fit' Feature and you can verify where they land under the 'Details' button on the 'Add Using Best Fit' page. BUT, some of the items from the 'Skills & Qualifications' page do not seem to flow into the 'Best Fit' Feature. What happens to the 'Accomplishments', 'Previous Performance History', 'Profile Conditions', & 'Skills'?
