Not able to hide Edit button on Personal details page

The Name section fields should be read-only. I am not able to hide the Edit button through VBCS Express. In the Responsive UI, the Name section is view-only, but after moving to the Redwood UI, it becomes editable. However, I don’t want the Edit button to appear in the Name section.
