Is it possible to round up Probation Period's decimal place?

When changing the probation end date of a user, the probation period calculates automatically the duration of the probation period.

Is it possible to have maybe only 2 decimal place?

In the screenshot below you may find that the probation period of this user was 3.96774 it would be great to have it round up to 3.97 months
