Error on Change working hours page when user don't have a salary basis/amount.

Hello Team,

As per the requirement, we have enabled the salary section on change working hours UI with read only mode so that managers will be able to see the salary changes post changing the working hours.

Now, we are facing one issue where, if user don't have a salary basis/amount (contract worker) then it is giving an error on change working hours page when questionnaire page is turned off.

If the questionnaire page is on & salary section is visible there & user don't select that section while performing the chang working hours transactions for CWK who don't have salary basis/amount then its working fine (no error) but when the questionnaire page is turned off, it is giving an error to add the salary basis & amount.
