Termination transaction is failing with an error "Future payroll record exist for this person"

Hello Team,

In PROD, many random Termination transactions are failing with an error "Future payroll record exist for this person".

If user is having the future payroll record then after termination, the transaction should fail for all users but its failing for random users, for which we are not able to understand the root cause.

Please let us know if anyone faced similar issues & knows the solution.
