Is it possible change meaning of lookup code?

Hi,
The system continues to display the previous meaning "Consigli di colleghi" (Recommended by colleagues), despite us having changed the meaning of the lookup code "ORA_WLF_RECOM_COLLEAGUE" to "Consigli del responsabile", within the lookup type "ORA_WLF_RECOM_CATEGORY.
I've attached the screens about lookup configuration and label into the catalog
