Customize / Restrict GL Journal Approval Email Notifications

in General Ledger & Intercompany

Summary:

We have a business scenario where Business don't want to enable Notifications (EMAIL) for all Journal Approvals Requests in BPM. But requesting to have Emails generated and send to the users for Journal - Request More Information task and or Journal Approvals - Rejected.
Could you please suggest a work around to get it done if its possible:

  • Send Email Notifications for Journal Approvals - No
  • Send Email Notifications for Journals - Approver Requests More Information - YES

Send Email Notifications for Journals - Rejected by the Approver - YES
