EPMAUTOMATE Command to assign IDCS groups to EPM Groups

Summary: New EPMAUTOMATE command to assign IDCS groups to EPM Groups. We utilize different IDCS groups per application environment (PROD, TEST, DEV, etc), and when we clone environments our IDCS to EPM group assignments are wiped. If we had an EPMAUTOMATE command we could run after a clone it could re-assign the IDCS groups to EPM groups which would greatly reduce time spent re-assigning security after each clone.
