How to automatically tick a checkbox based on another field in a Redwood Page

Summary:

In the New Requisition Line Redwood page, there is a requirement to automatically check the Negotiated checkbox if the Agreement Type = "Contract Purchase Agreement" and the Agreement is not null. We tried to accomplish this by creating a business rule via Visual Builder Studio, but it is not working. Is this possible to achieve via creating an extension in Visual Builder?
