Service Mapping using Shipment DeliveryName to AR DFF

Hi,

I am trying to implement the service mapping to map the Shipment DeliveryName to AR DFF by referring to the Oracle Document
FA: SCM: OM: How To Pass Shipping Reference Field To AR For KIT Parent Item? (Doc ID 2684729.1)

When I try to configure this setup in the Manage Algorithm, I unable to find the required values as per the document. It will be greatful if anyone help me to resolve this issue.

Screenshot that I am trying to implement where I couldn't find the exact name of the Application Configuration, ViewObject, View Criteria. Though the system allow me to type the value for Application Configuration and View Criteria, View Object doesn't have the LOV which is available in the document screenshot.
