Redwood Helper Tool Missing Customizations – Reliability Concern

We have observed that the Redwood Helper Tool does not capture certain customizations that exist in the Responsive UI, specifically within the Request Time Change (OTL) page.

In our case, the page contains customizations involving hyperlinks, which are not reflected in the Helper Tool’s output. We understand that Redwood currently does not support adding hyperlinks; however, the concern is not about migrating them, but rather that the Helper Tool should still identify and categorize such items as “Not Migrated.”

This raises a reliability concern, as there may be other customizations that the tool could miss entirely, and if we are unaware of them, they could go undetected, leading to functionality gaps and end-user frustration during migration.
