Redwood UI - Is it possible to change the background color of the sections on Redwood pages?

We would like to change the background color of the rectangle containing the sections, visible in pages like Transfer, Hiring, etc.

We would like to change the background color that you can see in the screenshot below.

We were not able to change it from VBS, or in other ways.

Is it possible to change it?

How can we do this?
