How to delete candidate profile 1 year after last activity

When candidates apply to our positions they have 2 options to select from regardingprofile deletion, see below.

1.  After my last active application is closed.

2. 1 year after my last activity so the recruiters can reach out to me with relevant jobopportunities.

We noticed that candidates who select the 2nd option do not get deleted 1 year after their last activity. They get deleted 1 year after the last activity connected to them. So if the recruiter moves them, that also counts as a candidate activity. Can you please confirm if this is a default set-up or is this something wecould change, e.g. the candidate profile gets deleted 1 year after the candidate's last activity in the system?
