Not able to view the supplier bank account attachment as approver

in Supplier Management

Summary:

As an approver, after supplier is registered approvers in not able to view the supplier bank attachments. Approver is getting below message when viewing the supplier details though the user is also having Supplier Administrator role.

'You don't have the permission to access the bank account attachments.'
