Unposted reversal journal in primary ledger is posted in secondary ledger

Need inputs on a scenario.

We have implemented secondary ledger.

—Users created a journal entry using spread sheet in primary ledger. Entry is approved and posted in Primary ledger. This entry flows to Secondary ledger and is auto posted.

—User reverses manually the entry created in Primary ledger. Entry is Unposted in Primary ledger. This entry is auto created in Secondary Ledger.

—User edits Unposted reversed journal in Primary ledger and posts the entry. Secondary ledger has no impact of edit. This leads to discrepancy in journal entry in Primary and secondary ledger.

How is unposted manual reversal entry auto flowing to Secondary ledger? And how to avoid this scenario.
