How to enable employees to independently create course content
Hello,
we would like to understand how to make employees autonomous in creating learning content, such as materials or courses on specific topics (e.g., Excel, Power BI), within Oracle Learning.
The goal is to allow employees to share knowledge and create content internally, while avoiding assigning high-privilege roles (such as Learning Specialist or Administrator), since creating a dedicated role with such permissions may pose data security risks and is not considered an Oracle best practice.
Is there any recommended approach or configuration that would allow employees to create and publish learning content safely and with limited access rights?
